Support the Cheam Nation

The Cheam People (of the Sto:lo Nation) are engaged in a struggle to retain their ancestral territory. In April 2000 members of the Nation and supporters began to take direct action to protect their land interests at Ferry Island.

From the top of this page you can access some documents relating to the struggle of the Cheam Nation. This page has been put up independently of the Cheam Nation as a gesture of support.

The Cheam Nation lays in the vicinity of Chilliwack and Rosedale in the province of "British Columbia" in the settler state of Canada on territory that has never been surrendered by treaty.
